Red Raspberry Leaf - The uterine health tonic herb. This herb, often taken during pregnancy to tonify the uterine walls, can also be taken daily. The benefits of incorporating this herb into your herbal rituals include strengthening your uterus, which can ease premenstrual symptoms.
Damiana - Damiana has been used throughout many cultures as an aphrodisiac and to increase fertility. Though it may also ease premenstrual symptoms as well as post menopausal hormonal changes.
Motherwort - Also known as the "Mother's Herb" as Wort = Herb. This herb has been used to keep a regular menstrual cycle. It may also strengthen the heart and ease anxiety.
Yarrow - Yarrow has been used for centuries in first aid kits, as it may ease bleeding conditions. Not only can strengthen the reproductive organs, but may be especially beneficial for those with a heavy and painful menstrual cycle.
Dong Quai - Also known as Angelica, and known to the Chinese as Female Ginseng. It may help to promote uterine health, and a regular menstrual cycle. It may also relax the uterine muscle, which helps to ease menstrual cramps.
